ISF is delighted to have recently rebranded giving an engaging and professional new look and feel to the business.

The senior team, led by Managing Director Iain Scott, worked alongside York-based marketing and PR agency Intandem Communications to take stock of its current image and update its brand in order to get the right messages out about its work. Managing Director Iain said:

“We work with clients in the process engineering industry across the UK to produce bespoke solutions to best meet their needs. We have a can-do attitude and the level of care and customer service we provide to our clients is second to none and we want a brand that reflects our approach. Our new look and feel is eye-catching, modern and professional. We have a different look but are committed to providing the same exceptional quality and service that keeps our customers coming back.”

Alongside the new identity, our new website has been created with a design that is simple to use on computers, laptops and hand-held devices and provides information on all of the services that ISF offers. ISF is also embracing all things digital and is launching an e-newsletter in early 2017 along with increased profile on social media channels. Project Manager David Hukins said:

“We are aware that potential and existing customers spend a lot of their time online and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to be able to find and contact us. By increasing our online presence we are able to share stories about the work we are doing and connect more easily and immediately with our clients – all helping to position us as the right provider to work with in the process engineering sector.”

Founded by Iain Scott in 1989, ISF has grown from humble beginnings. The company has expanded into a successful business based at York’s Raylor Centre and services clients nationwide.
