Part-time Quality Manager

Overview the company’s quality management system and complete administrative tasks to maintain and develop company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete internal audits to ensure that procedures are maintained to our current ISO9001 & BS EN1090 standards

Plan and develop new procedures to improve working efficiency and help the company acquire various other certification standards

Record and update progress of quality objectives

Monitor and log all complaints and feedback received. Ensure complaints are closed out

Maintain supplier performance reviews for discussion during monthly quality meeting

Role Requirements:
Good administrative and organisational skills

Good understanding of Microsoft word & excel is essential

Excellent attention to detail

Able to communicate requirements to other staff at all levels within the business

This is a permanent position. Initially 8-12 hours per week, although there is potential for further working hours should the workload require it. Period of working hours is flexible and to be agreed/discussed.
